Its very small, probably the size of an average man's thumb. There are two steady on speeds that are decently strong. I haven't tried the other settings, because I don't like patterned vibrations. Overall I'm not really a fan of this vibrator. Its so small it takes forever since it just pinpoints one spot. After about 8mins I switched to a lower power but larger one and was done in a minute.
