The media could not be loaded. My husband and I are new empty nesters and are still adjusting to cooking for two, so I was excited to try these crock pot inserts as a way to make smaller portions. First thing I like about them is that they are made from durable food safe silicon - so no more plastic crock pot liners heading to landfills and potentially leaching into food. Next, they are free standing, so I was able to stand them on the counter next to my cutting board as I prepped ingredients making it easier to assemble my meals. Once my prep was done, it was trivial to use the tabs to lift and insert the liners into my Crock Pot brand slow cooker. They fit the bottom pretty well, but the sides are flexible and slightly floppy (but stiff enough they won’t fall over) and are just slightly too tall (they kinda prevent my lid from totally sealing)… deducted a star for lack of seal. My meals cooked up just fine, and didn’t boil over into each other. To serve, I was able to grab the little handles to remove the liners (they were not hot) and there is a pour spout on each liner to transfer the liquids/food to a serving bowl. The silicon cleaned up easily as well, nice they are dishwasher safe. And best of all - absolutely no mess to clean up inside my crock pot. I really liked that these inserts let me do meal prep for 2 meals in about a half hour for two different dinners. I could walk away and have 2 dinners ready to go by evening, very cool! Read more

I love my meat with gravey or more seasoning. These make it so I can cook his in one and mine in another without having two crock pots . They are eady to use and clean . I was able to add both liners into my crockpot without issue. The silicone material is thick and feels durable, and they are also really easy to wash.
