I didn't check the dimensions properly before ordering, so these are a little larger than I was envisioning. I think they'd be a bit big for a chocolate mold unless you were doing something with a very heavy filling like a Dubai chocolate. The mold itself is also a bit flimsy - you will definitely need to handle it with care when it's filled to avoid distorting the shapes or spilling. I'd put it on a small tray and just handle it that way to make life easier. I gave it a test wash on the top rack of my dishwasher and it handled that fine, with no weird smells or changes to the appearance of the silicone. Read more
