I love these knives. They are sharp and I love how they look. Silislick offered a discount on a future order. I took them up on the offer. Customer service was fantastic until someone else got involved. Customer service ended up being very unsatisfactory. I’m upset that they ended up being so rude. I did have a little damage on one of the knives. I told them about it, and the 1st guy was more than happy to help. Then someone else got into it and made me mad enough that I just kept the damaged knife. My husband did fix the damaged tip, but I can tell it was a little dinged. Love the knives so much, I may still order another set for a gift. Update: Silislick did replace my knife after I kept having issues with the damaged one.
