But the cover has a place to grab behind the handle, to assist lifting the cover, but the tab only lifts the hinged top-half of the cover and not the cover so we can add water. So we put a small amount of silicone caulk between the top and bottom to glue them together. Now when I pull up on top tab, I can easily lift the whole cover off. This is a decent water pick. I use it 2 times a day. I really feel very clean after using it. It has suction cups on the base for stability and comes with many extra attachments. I like that you can control the pressure with a knob. I had a earwig get inside the handle and didn't notice till it shot into the tip. I keep that part covered now with a plastic bag and a rubber band when not in use. Not the fault of the product. This and a decent electric toothbrush will keep your choppers in mint condition. No money wasted on gold teeth or dentures. The undertaker will be bummed that you have all your teeth and no gold ones to rip out of your mouth. I had written a review to the company selling it already, however I spoke a little too quick... Now I have had it for a few weeks and can speak with more authority. It's a good unit, however the lid that protects the water container is of two pieces hinged together, to hold extra water pic heads . That is a neat idea, however it comes apart when you take the lid off to fill with water. I glued the hinged part together and put the pics in a drawer. then I found it sticky to get off to fill with water. (The manufacturer did an incredibly good job of making that lid fit mucho perfect... Good plastic work. Problem with that good fit is that when you are in a hurry in the morning it is common to fumble it and even drop the lid into the water,, sooooo I glued a knob on top of the lid to pull it off and ground off the protrusion behind the hings that pressures down over the water container. Now it is perfect and doesn't stick down when trying to remove the lid before pouring in water. If the seller would encourage the manufacturer to glue a knob on top it would likely solve this problem. Also the hand wand is made for a little girl or small woman's hand so a little awkward for an average sized man or woman. That is liveable but the wand could have been made bigger with it's switch for turning on and off. I still like it very much, now that I've corrected those two problems with the lid. Someone from the seller kind of mocked me when I wrote in and gave suggestions but that is ok because often those people are $2/hr people who are grumbling about having to sit at a computer and phone all day..... There is NOTHING I dislike about this product. This is a powerful cleaning tool to keep your teeth nice & healthy. I use it on the highest it will go. The multifunctional tips are fantastic. I received this 3 days ago and I wanted to test it out before I wrote the review I want to start by saying it's a good value for the price does clean well it's decently made I like the suction cups on the bottom that help keep it stuck to a surface because it is a little lighter than I'd like it to be so that helps you from pulling it. The cord could be a little longer all the little pieces or attachment tools are great my two biggest complains are the handpiece feels pretty cheap and Frenzy the on-off button is a little loose feeling but it gets the job done as for now I hope it holds up over time when you go to eject the attachment tool make sure you're holding on to it was the other hand because it will shoot out LOL but my bigest complaint is that it is extremely messy!! I'm talking it's soaks you and your entire bathroom down, the counter the mirror the floor and the walls... I think you need to use this at night before bed with a robe on and make sure you have a towel handy cuz you're going to need to dry everything down either that or I need to find out if this thing as a waterproof and I could just use it in the shower LOL because it seriously drenched me three times now and I try to use it with your mouth closed but it fills up with so much air and water so quickly it pushes it out anyways and in order to get the full water picky experience you need to have it a little further away from your teeth so it can power in between each thooth, resulting in a sprayed down bathroom and a completely drenched dripping top half of you... I know that these can be messy but this is excessively messy thankfully it's just water though easy enough to wipe off so for the price and it's power picking it's good just maybe wear a raincoat before turning it on.. lol Read more

I am very happy with this cleaner. It has several settings for the pressure and many different tips included. The tips are easy to connect, and easy to access since they are stored in the lid, which also keeps them clean. Not only is the product easy to use and set up, but I use an oral rinse in the water when I clean my teeth, so its like a dental cleaning everyday! Read more

I left my water pic home when we came to Europe so I searched for a replacement after arriving here. It works great but I have to use my AC power converter. I was very pleased with my water pic so I felt I was taking a risk by buying a knockoff. I am not sorry. The adjustment controls both impact and frequency unlike the water pic. The one I left home is probably 20 years old. I hope this product will be as durable. Read more
