It says these are two and three-quarter inches. They’re actually 3 inches long. They are smaller in the photograph than what you get. When I wear them, you can see them much lower on the neck and I have a long neck. I got A10 Diamond Shaped Brown. You can fan these out some or flatten them down, but if you shake them, they WILL go full fluffy. Both ways are pretty cute.
