The leg opening isn’t super narrow, which I appreciate because it makes them easier to wear with different types of shoes. The material feels sturdy, but it’s also soft enough for comfort. They’re not the softest jeans I’ve ever worn, but the fabric is thick enough to feel durable, while still offering some stretch. As for the style, the wash I got is called "Wicked" (a medium to dark wash), and it looks pretty sharp.
