Perfect comfort and blockage Read more
I LOVE the fact it is silk - no petroleum based yukky fabrics against my eyes and skin all night. I also love the fact it is not padded. I have bypassed many of these masks because I knew they would just make me hot and uncomfortable on blazing summer nights (no air conditioning in my house). I slept wonderfully in it with no light peeping through at all. Definitely a step up from the wide cotton knit headband I have been using because I wanted a natural fabric. Others have complained about the headstrap. Have to say, it could be better, though for me not by any means a deal breaker. It was not too tight once I moved the buckle so that it was almost to maximum length, but I am a petite person, so I could be a problem for someone larger. The buckle that allows for changing the length is a bit of a problem no matter the size though. While it is plastic, it pressed against my ear in an uncomfortable way until I moved it a bit. Other face masks I have tried just had a piece of soft elastic and I think maybe that is better - sometimes simple is good. This would make a beatiful gift for someone - presentation is beautiful. I could see it in a gift basket dedicated to relaxation and sleeping. Read more

I wanted to love this mask—it’s silk, it’s sleek, and it came in packaging that made me feel like I was unboxing a luxury serum instead of a sleep mask. The material is undeniably soft and gentle on the skin, and it didn’t irritate my face even after a full night of tossing and turning. But unfortunately, comfort ended there for me. The biggest issue? There’s no recessed space for the eyes. It lays flat across your face and ends up pressing right onto your eyelids. If you’re a side sleeper or someone who prefers masks that don’t smush your lashes into your eyeballs, this might not be your jam. And for something marketed as a blackout mask, it let in more light than I expected. I could still see the ambient glow from my hallway, which kind of defeats the purpose of a mask that’s supposed to block all light. The adjustable strap helps with fit, but it runs small—even on the loosest setting, it felt a bit snug. I’m average sized, so anyone with a larger head might find this uncomfortable long term. It’s elegant, yes. But practical? Not quite. I’ll keep it for travel or backup, but I’m going back to my padded eye cup mask that actually blocks light and lets me blink in peace. Read more
This silk sleep mask has transformed my sleep quality, especially during travel. The pure mulberry silk feels incredibly soft against my skin—no irritation or pressure around my eyes—while effectively blocking out all light for deeper rest. I love that it helps prevent morning puffiness and doesn't leave creases on my face. The adjustable elastic strap stays secure all night without tugging my hair, and the breathable material prevents overheating. The machine-washable design makes maintenance effortless. My only minor complaint is the black color could show lint, but this is barely noticeable. For light-sensitive sleepers or frequent travelers, this mask delivers hotel-worthy luxury with practical benefits. It's become my essential sleep accessory for truly restful nights. Read more
Until now, I've avoided silk eye masks--despite the fabric being best for skin, I didn't believe I'd find one to provide the level of darkness I need (for migraines as well as sleeping). This one is impressive! Not only does it block all light, but it fits better than most. For those of us with child-sized heads, the width still could be a little smaller--as a side sleeper that's important for staying in place. Thankfully it's made with a wide adjustable elastic strap (not a simple one-size band). It doesn't need to be tightened a lot to feel snug...and it applies just the right amount of pressure for my eyes to be kept shut but not feel squeezed. I've found it slips along my hair though, so it requires adjustments periodically. Overall good quality... I'd go 5 stars if it were petite. Read more
I routinely use eye masks for sleep and learned long ago that it was more than worth it to me to invest in pure silk. Silk is not only incredibly soft against the skin, it feels to me as though it soothes irritation and is breathable enough to never be uncomfortable. With a little care, high quality silk--of which this mask is made--can last for ages. I appreciate that the band is easily adjustable, yet remains secure where it's been set. I am a petite woman and found that I didn't need to fully extend the band for it to be comfortable: about halfway is perfect for me. The mask is beautifully made, with details that speak to its quality and likely durability. The box, too, is exquisite, and the mask comes with a care and information card. The mask effectively blocks all light, yet is thin and light in weight. Negatives? None, really. If I want to be picky, I suppose the slide and tabs used for adjusting the strap could prove a bit uncomfortable if you turned on them the wrong way in the night. That's just conjecture, however, as I've not actually experienced any discomfort at all. Quite the contrary. I'm extremely impressed and planning to order another for a friend. Highly recommended!
