I bought this because I have Equinus in my right calf and when it gets chilly it gets tense and makes my leg hurt, so I got this leg sleeve so I don't have to wear pajama pants around the house because then I get too warm in other places. To that end, it works well. I have fairly thick calves so it stays on well for me, however I read in other reviews that they may not fit for some, so bare that in mind if you have skinny legs. The fit for me is comfortable and not tight/constricting. The material is soft and fuzzy, comfortable on the skin. My one complaint would be that the little pull loop that they have to get them on easier can be a bit grating on the skin, but you can just fold that over so it doesn't contact your skin anymore. Very comfortable, soft materials and the elastic is not too tight. I deal with very cold legs and feet, and these truly keep my legs warm. They are only available in dark blue, I wish additional colors were available. Regardless, I will be purchasing additional sets. Read more

The leg warmers are made of a light weight fleece type of fabric. My legs are slender, so the fit is baggy on me; but they do stay up. I wear them around the house when my legs get cold and they do provide some warmth. The top of each leg warmer includes two elastic straps that are supposed to provide assistance for pulling them up. I don't need to use the straps, so I can't comment on the value of the straps. I put them in a lingerie bag before I put them in the washing machine. I hung them up to dry, rather than using the dryer because I did not want to risk the elastic at the ankle and the top to be damaged. I would be happier with a heavier fabric and a snugger fit. I got these to help circulation in my lower legs. So far, so good; they fit comfortably and even though they are "loose and fluffy" they seem to stay up fine. They are light enough that I don't know I have them on. I am elderly, so I don't do athletic things ........ I doubt they would stand up to that. I am a man, about 5-11 and 185lb. Read more
