For size reference I purchased a large. I’m 5’6 195 lbs. I just had a baby so I wanted something to smooth me out and these did just that. They are very stretchy. The large fit nicely. If I wanted something to really suck me in a medium would have been good for that. They are so comfortable that at one point I forgot I was wearing it. They do not ride down and go up pretty high. Perfect for my needs. I wanted a lightweight shape wear that doesn't roll up and doesn't suffocate me. I typically don't wear shape wear as I'd rather let it all hang all than feel the way it makes me feel all night but sometimes I have that one dress where a little extra smoothing would make me look stunning. The band on the thigh is super soft and does not roll, it reminds me of my butter yoga pants. The boning on the waist is just enough to keep it from rolling when you sit and move but otherwise you forget it's there. This are the most comfortable shape wear I have ever worn. They have some plastic stays that help keep the ware from rolling down. When wearing the Shapeware, I couldn’t feel the stays. Honesty not a tummy control BUT very comfortable LIGHT control shareware. So if you just need a Little smoothing this is the one for you. The boning does help not roll which is nice.
