I purchased the original one as a gift. The person I bought the first one for really liked it. I saw what they meant. I bought one for myself after seeing how they enjoyed the one I bought them as a gift. It keeps the drink cold for hours and is very well made and sturdy. In fact the ice I put in the drink the day before still had ice in it the next morning when I went to clean it out to use again. The only reason I gave it a 4 star as far as cleaning is to properly. I believe you need a bottle brush and a small bottle brush to clean the straw and the spout. My hands are too big to put down into the opening to really clean the inside of the bottle. A small child may be able to get their hand into it but probably not an adult. Not a drawback but it is something that I think you need if you really want to clean it properly. Read more

I've had this same model of simple modern for 2 years now, and my husband finally got convinced that he needed a good water bottle, he didn't like the sippy aspect of my bottle, but this one comes with the chug lid too and what a difference it has made, this water bottle keeps his water way colder for way longer, the chug lid doesn't leak at all and i like that we can use regular sized ice cubes instead of the skinny ones for skinny bottles, this is a great size for keeping us hydrated while we play tennis, I think the price is more than fair for how good these bottles are, i love them Read more

By far the best "sippy cup" I've gotten for my toddler. He loves to pick out new designs (I, mom, has a cup collection herself) and he gets so excited to show them to his friends at school. Super durable. NO LEAKING AT ALL! Super way to use, multiple colors/patters and even solid colors to choose from and you can just toss them in the dishwasher when done! We have owned Simply Modern water bottles for several years now. We purchased the bottles for us and our kids as they have multiple varieties, colors, and sizes. I replaced mine with a new one because it had taken too many falls and wasn't keeping the water cold as long as it used to. The water would be warm after about 12 hours. Usually, if the bottles are filled with ice and water, the water will stay cold with ice for 24-36 hours, and just cold up to 48 hours (If your are not drinking the water and refilling it). The water bottles look great, they can take a beating and still keep liquids cold. These are our go to water bottles and they are worth the price. We highly recommend them. Read more

Overall, this is a decent water bottle. I got the rose gold and thought the color was nice. It holds a lot of water and so far it seems to be leakproof and keep water pretty cold. The two things I don’t like about it are that the straw does not reach to the bottom of the water bottle, so you can’t completely finish your drink. The lid also has a very strange smell (not just a regular plastic smell) that has not gone away after several washings. It affects the taste of the water, which I don’t like. Simple Modern makes QUALITY products! My first Simple Modern bottle lasted me about 4-5 years, and it still works great! It is a 32oz straw lid in the color Seaside. Despite its age and use, my husband took it out for golf ~8 hours, and when he returned home, the ice was still rattling inside! I bought a second S|M bottle on Prime Day, a 40oz in Blush. It came with 3 styles of lids, but the straw lid is my favorite. The bottle insulates amazingly well, I have had ice in this bottle stay solid for almost two days. My only complaint is the straw lid can be hard to clean around the spout, where it pivots. I have not researched the best way to clean it, but a white film can start to accumulate around the spout, even where I do not put my lips. The picture does not really show it because it is my new bottle. It's amazing quality for the price. I would love to buy the S|M beverage tumbler once I can drink coffee again. Read more
