I love having these reason the shop, they are cheap and durable and I do t need to wash them, they are cheap enough that I can use them each for a few uses and toss them when too badly soiled in the shop, o usually go through a pack of these a year and they are very strong and help keep things clean around the shop… Perfect for disposable shop towels no need to wash them and when the are dirty toss em Read more

I wasn’t sure how this would work out, I love regular paperwork for a variety of reasons, but these are even better and I’m not wasting paper. I use them for every single thing I’d use a paperwork for. When I wash them I use some bleach. I know it states not to, but they’ve held up for me. While not as absorbent as paper towels, they do the trick. You can also use a 2nd one to extra dry as counter if you need to. I keep a cute basket of these in the kitchen and find myself grabbing them all the time. I keep a small ‘dietz’ basket in the laundry area to drop them in. They are not fancy or super pretty, but functional and I’m not embarrassed to have them in cute grill basket in counter in my lovely kitchen. Had for 3 months and came back to order more so I don’t have to run a load of laundry so much. Definitely recommend. Read more
Best price. I literally don't even shop at Walmart anymore—January 4, 2026
The rags are not large as the current blue rags I use as an hvac mechanic but I was expecting that from reading the 12x14” description. These rags are a bit thin but will fluff slightly after a wash or two due to being cotton. They are about double the size of a hand wash cloth and should be perfect for any mechanic, service or shop application. Cleaning parts drying hands ect.. they are a value for the money. If you are looking for the HVAC Aireco style blue rags these are similar but shorter by several inches but will work made of same/simmilar material. I got what I expected just know they are not thick rags but great shop rags especially after the first couple washes… Read more

The Simpli-Magic 79100 White Shop Towels are a solid choice for cleaning, whether in the garage, workshop, or around the house. Made of cotton, they’re absorbent, durable, and reusable, making them a cost-effective alternative to paper towels. They hold up well after multiple washes, though they may shrink slightly. The towels are soft enough for delicate surfaces but strong enough for grease and grime. While they’re not as thick as premium shop towels, they do the job for general cleaning and maintenance. If you need a reliable, budget-friendly option for wiping down surfaces, handling spills, or polishing, these shop towels are a good pick. Just be aware they may leave some lint initially. Read more

Upon opening package there was lint of various colors and fabric type all over the towels. I also noticed that several of the towels are smaller than the others by a considerable amount. I attempted to do a prewash of the towels to ensure they were actually clean as some of them have pink and red stains all over them. When they went through my washing machine they actually caused a clog in our pipes from the amount of lint that ended up coming off of them. Literally flooding our home. After that fiasco, I tried to put them through the dryer. I had to run the dryer three separate times removing as much lint from the lint trap as I possibly could in between each dry. The amount of lint that comes off of the towels is insane. I guess if you're looking to use them once and then throw them away, these might be something that you're looking for. Reusable they are not, as I cannot clean them without clogging my pipes and I fear drying them now since the lint trap is so full every single time I empty it, Even multiple times during the same dry cycle. They become tangled in their own lint ripping and tearing and just causing more lint. These towels are more like terry cloth or gauze. Also each one is a slightly different cut and color some are nearly brown while others are white and others still are light pink. Overall terrible quality, and unfortunately they will end up in the trash. Read more

UPDATE: It’s been years since I bought these to replace most of our paper towel usage. While we have a few frayed cloths, they are still just as useful, more absorbent, and softer. I still really love that these towels cut down on our disposable goods, AND they are much nicer than paper towels. My family is attempting to cut down on our paper product use. I purchased these (and then twice more over) and keep them in a basket on the counter. After use, they go into another small basket that we use for a daily hamper in the kitchen. I got about 150 of them, so I wash these every 4-5 days to make sure we don’t “run out.” They make great napkins, quick dish cloths, and work to clean up messes. They are not as absorbent as I’d like until after several washes, but they are certainly an easy way for us to move away from paper towels. Read more
