All of these single-post faucets are the same - you screw the water lines into the bottom of the faucet until they are tight, and you use needle-nose pliers to give it an extra turn to tighten more. You insert the water lines into the hole, and then you tighten the ring under the countertop to hold the faucet in place. Most single holes are drilled to a standard measurement and this fit perfectly. And if you're lucky, the water lines are long enough (these ones were fine for me). The drain installation was a breeze. The first faucet I ever installed years ago probably took me over an hour to get just right - this one took about 20 minutes including time to test for leaks, though it's always nice to have an extra person to hold the faucet in place while tightening the ring underneath. No leaks anywhere on the first try! The only hitch for me was that the countertop was replaced and I switched from a normal sink to a vessel which changed where the drain came down, requiring me to re-cut and/or add PVC piping below to get things lined up properly (that actually took longer than the faucet installation). Overall, this faucet looks great and works fine! Came carefully packaged - no scratches. No complaints here. Read more
