Update: I've changed my rating to 5 stars after the seller replied to me email from the card inside the glass. They apologized for the broken straw and shipped me a new straw. If you have any issues with your item just reach out to the seller at the email provided with the product. The glass was fanominal and a hit as a gift. Unfortunately there is no way to contact the seller through Amazon. I'm giving this 3 stars because the actual glass is awesome. The only problems, which now I see that others had the same problem, is (1) that the glass straw came broken in half and (2) there is no way to contact the seller to request a replacement straw and the item in non-returnable. This item is a birthday gift so will just have to find a different glass straw from someplace. Read more
