I LOVE this dress! The color is beautiful and exactly as pictured. The fabric is so flowy and soft. I wore it to a wedding and my friends kept touching it and commenting on how soft it was. The material was thinner than I was expecting. It wasn’t much of a problem because it wasn’t see through, but it was cold outside and I could really feel the wind blowing through the dress. I am only 5’4” (180 lbs) and the length was great. It was very comfortable. I also LOVE that it doesn’t wrinkly at all! I literally crumpled it up in my suitcase and it came out perfect! I have a fall mountain wedding to attend, so I wanted long sleeves, and velvet fabric; this dress fit my need. I am 5’5”, 138lbs and the medium fit perfectly! The fabric is somewhat heavy, hangs nicely and not clingy, the dress length is just above my ankles, which I really like (no stepping on a floor length dress!), and the quality of the fabric and construction are perfect (no hanging threads, no stitching unraveling, finished seams). The dress has a deep v-neck, but there is an elastic loop and button sewn in so it’s the perfect V-neck for a special occasion. It is so very comfortable with the empire waist hitting at the right spot. I have a little tummy, but it doesn’t show in the perfect cut of the dress. This color is gorgeous! The photo doesn’t do it justice! I love it!!! I’m 5’1 & size 10-12 it fits great! I’m slightly self conscious of my arms but the flowy sleeves are flattering along with the placement of the waist elastic. The material feels like great quality, a good weight to it, the length is perfect for me and it feels like it wouldn’t wrinkle! The fabric is nice and thick. It’s very long. I bet a shorter person would have to get it hemmed. The V in the front has a button with an elastic loop that was completely stretched. It should have just been sewn here. This dress looked okay of if I pulled the waist down to where it should be. But if I move at all the waist rides up into bust territory as shown in photo.
