I've been taking several powdered supplements in my morning drink and wanted to have some capsules for blending my powders and being able to travel with them. These are gelatin capsules so they are not vegetarian but are made from bovine bones. These #2 capsules are small, I got them because of the included filling spoons. However, the spoons are a little larger than the capsules so they do not slip down inside them. It is still fairly easy to fill them, just takes a little more time and patience. Next time I order I will get a larger size which will be easier to fill and will hold more of my blended powders. Read more

I use quite a few empty capsules for my cat's supplements as I buy them in bulk and put them in capsules myself to save money and control the dosage. These ATNreuro pull apart easily and also go back together easily. I like that they come with the micro spoons as they are helpful in filling the capsules. The capsules do melt in water so I am sure that they melt well when taken internally. Read more
