I have been using this pillow daily and am very pleased with the quality. I have a spinal cord issue and struggle being in the car. I use this every time I have to ride in a car and it is so supportive. It has held up well to daily use. Easy to attach to a chair back or mov when needed. Decent but not great

My acupuncturist recommended I get a lumbar pillow for while I’m at work to help with my back pain. This had great reviews so I thought I’d try it. The strap is just an elastic strap that gets loose as you use it. I’ve only had this for about 3 weeks and it’s already stretched out. The pillow is decent and does help with back support when it stays in place. Maybe it’s the type of chair I have at work but it falls through between the bottom and back of the chair so I always have to readjust it through out the day. It also tends to push me off of my chair, so it hasn’t really helped me with any pain relief. I do shift work so this is very easy to fold and put in a bag and take it with me while traveling to and from work. Read more

I use this in a recliner which is really not what it's designed for. The foam insert is dense & originally, it made my back, which is extra sensitive, hurt worse. Not the manufacturer's fault because people are going to vary in what hits them right. It seems very well made. I removed the insert that came with it & replaced it with extra shredded foam I had left from a Coop pillow. While it's not perfect, I can adjust it to be fairly comfortable. I think most people will be satisfied with it without having to modify it, especially if they use it in an office chair. Read more
