Very easy to use. I use it after a long day at work and in the morning while doing my makeup. It helps relieve tension and pain in my neck and shoulders quickly and effectively. I like strong pressure, and this one really massages well. I tried some other brands before but had to return them because they were not strong enough. The media could not be loaded. I had high hopes for this neck massager, especially given the price and the great initial reviews. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating. I’ve only used it about 3–4 times since it arrived, and it’s already showing serious problems. After the first couple of sessions, I started noticing a loud, unpleasant squeaking noise every time it ran. It’s not a minor sound—it’s so high-pitched and distracting that it completely ruins the relaxation experience. On top of that, the massager has started slowing down like it’s struggling to run, even when fully charged. It feels weak, inconsistent, and like something inside is wearing out or failing. For a high-ticket item that’s marketed as a quality, long-lasting product, I expected much better. This shouldn’t be happening after only a few uses. I take good care of my devices and made sure to charge it properly, but the performance just keeps getting worse. It’s frustrating, disappointing, and honestly feels like money wasted. If this is how quickly it degrades, I can’t imagine how it would hold up with regular use. I really wanted to love this, but instead I’m left angry and disappointed that something meant to relieve tension has only added to it. Read more

This bad boy is amazing! Pros: First off it is made of quality material. You feel like you pulled a porsche out of the box. It charges quickly and is cordless so It is nice if you need to walk around while getting the massage and it wont slide off due to straps plus, they fit on large bodies. It has a voice that tells you which mode you are using when you press the button and it has multiple options to use. It gives an intensive deep tissue massage, really getting in to the tight muscles of my neck and muscles just below my shoulders. If that is the area you are most of needing work on then this is for you. Beware, it really gets in there deep! *I recommend you use massage oil on your neck (and shoulders if you don't have them covered) when using this. Cons: The heating is too hot. It literally burns your skin even after a few seconds on just low to the point I couldnt use it at all. The straps are obnoxious and cut into your under arms. If you loosen them the unit doesn't sit on your shoulders properly. It's small, only targeting a small area. You are not able to move it around and use it on your shoulders or lower back. It's also too narrow to use on your legs. Over all, I was disappointed in the ability to get my shoulders and anywhere outside a small targeted area and the dangerously hot heating function was useless. I am returning it for the Resteck shoulder, neck & back massager which is $100 cheaper and works so very much better providing all of my needs and taking away all of my gripes about this one.
