I wasn't quite sure what to expect from an eye massager, but since my eyes are often sore from being on the computer too much, I thought I'd give it a try. Overall, I think it's a great personal care item that helps with relaxation. It does, however, try to cram too many features into one device and falls short in a couple of categories. First the good - the massage and heat features feel great, and it's easy to switch between them once you remember the clicking patterns for heat and massage. The device itself is quite comfortable and, although I don't consider the weight to be "featherlight", it's not too heavy either. It's not as though I'm going to be roaming around the house with this on, and it isn't uncomfortable when lying down. The massage itself was unexpectedly pleasant, and hits your sinus area and temples with varying degrees of firmness; you can also adjust the heat. It's easy to move the mask to just the right spot on your face, there's no weird smell, and I didn't experience any skin irritation. It falls a bit short in the "long battery life" department. I only used it a few times before it fizzled out without warning. My headphones give me a warning when it's running low on battery life, and I wish these did the same. The speakers are pretty much useless. The Bluetooth connection was very easy and quick to set up, but you can't do anything with it since the volume is too low to hear. I tried listening using a couple of different apps and both were barely above a whisper. I could hear the built-in sounds - a whopping variety of three different selections. Luckily the device is pretty quiet and I had no problem listening to a podcast on my phone. I would have preferred no Bluetooth and no built-in music in exchange for longer battery life. Charging is through a USB-C connector, which is convenient. Because the Bluetooth feature is useless, I think the price should be a bit lower. Aside from the sound issue, this works great. It isn't overly bulky, so it would be easy enough to take with you while traveling. I've used it for mid-day eye breaks as well and it was a nice refresher. I would recommend this! Read more
