This is a nice smart watch with a rectangular face. I also have had a traditional round smart watch which I don't like as much as this watch. The bulkiness of the big round watch lacked the finesse of this rectangular watch. The instruction pamphlet is actually a "Quick Start Guide" so you are kind of on your own to figure out how to work the watch. One basically has to swipe different directions and try things to see what does what. It's pretty easy to learn though. I really like that I only have to tap the screen to wake up the watch. Some other smart watches I've tried require one to push a button to wake up the watch. It also has a quick "raise-to-wake" feature that wakes up the watch in a fraction of a second! Nice! It has a band which is one piece plastic with the watch housing. It could be better if equipped with a replaceable band. It was set up through the "VeryFit" app and connected easily to my phone. The app is very easy to use as compared to the "GloryFit" app, which on another watch I found difficult. It does require you to download the app to run the watch, but I didn't have to give the app any personal information like my contacts list or email. The readings for distance, steps, and heart beats appeared accurate. One reviewer said they wished it had blood pressure measurement on it -- well, I'm glad it doesn't. And here's why --> As far as BLOOD PRESSURE measuring with ANY smart watch goes -- DON'T PLAN ON GETTING A REASONABLY ACCURATE READING WITHOUT USING A CUFF around your arm. I researched this and talked with doctors who all confirmed that you that it is physically impossible to get your BP from a watch. Think about it: the pressure from your heart pump can only be measured by velcroing a cuff around your arm and let the heart push against it. Watches that claim to measure blood pressure use some type of algorithm (possibly involving pulse bpm, pulse changes over the last number of minutes, and ??) to guess a blood pressure for your age, exercise patterns, and pulse rate. My values of BP were within normal ranges for my age and exercise pattern, but the BP displayed was quite a bit higher than my past historical BP measured with a cuff: the watch read 139-130/80-85 where I actually have low BP of 102-110/62-65. Overall, this is a nice watch and I recommend it. Read more

I have had a few different fitness watches over the years, but none had a microphone which is essential to take a call if you want to talk back. That's the main feature that I was interested in and it works, so I'm happy because that feature functions properly. The watch doesn't work until you download the app. I actually already had the app on my phone because I have a lesser model of the same brand hat uses the VeryFit app. I thought that was a good thing, but I couldn't get this watch to link to the app. I tried and tried. Finally, I assumed that the app will only support ONE watch so I deleted the app and re-downloaded it. But it still wouldn't link. To get this watch to link to the app (even after deleting it and downloading it again), I had to also delete the reference to the other watch within the app that somehow was carried over after deleting the app. I did not have the first watch in close proximity of my phone (in fact it was in a drawer in a room that is about 50 feet from where I was trying to get this watch linked. I was unsuccessful at getting this watch to link to the app without my husband's help. He found the location in the watch settings that allowed me to remove the other watch's ID from the app. Once that was accomplished, the app linked to this watch. That process took me a couple of days to figure out...It was frustrating. Once I got the watch and app to link, everything worked including the call receipt and talk back which I'm happy to have. The various faces from which to choose is pretty extensive, but not as extensive as a couple other smart watches I've had. The heart rate and O2 measurements seem to be accurate. I don't know about the step count, as I use a wheelchair much of the time and that's always hit or miss whether my arm movements count. My biggest complaint is the size of the watch. I'm a 5'9" woman, and I still feel that this is too large for my wrist. In fact, it's so large that I can't really tolerate it when I go to sleep, so I am not able to use the nighttime measurements which is one of the primary features that I use due to some issues I have during sleep. Watch work perfectly for three months. I went swimming and the screen flickered and went blank. I was able to receive phone calls with the watch, but with the screen blank could not answer. This watch advised it was water proof -it is not. Read more
