I am interested in collagen supplementation to hopefully keep my skin looking firm and my joints supple as I age. Intuitively, I feel that combining topical applications and internal supplementation is the best approach. I love the combination of ingredients in this product. It has 5 types of collagen, hyaluronic acid, D-biotin and vitamin C. I like that it loaded with ingredients that promote healthy, skin, hair, nails, bones, gut and the immune system but limits unnecessary ingredients. I am not wild about the flavor (Tropical Mango) but it is tolerable. Its a bit overpowering and beneath the heavy mango taste the is an odd secondary taste that reminds of the way a fresh fish smells. Thankfully, it is subtle but still I do not enjoy it. I find that diluting the dose (1 tbs.) into my big tumbler full of water makes it pretty easy to take. Since it is already a liquid form, it mixes right in with no dissolving required. This product is premium priced at only 24 servings per bottle but the formula is high quality. Read more

The flavor was just okay for me. mango can be hit or miss, and this one wasn’t my favorite, though that’s probably personal preference. As for results, I haven’t noticed any major effects yet, but supplements like this are always hard to measure, especially early on. THIS... Is the SkinnyFit Liquid collagen in a tropical mango flavor. Using this for the first time was easy as we just used a tablespoon doser that we just kept with it. The tropical mango flavor is not my favorite, with an artificial overly powerful flavor that is palletable but... strong. It did mix well so we ended up just using more water.. though you can only make it so diluted. Overall, this is a supplement that you will need to take consistently and after finishing the bottle I did find my nails to be a bit stronger, though it is hard to judge. In my subjective opinion though I don't find it to just be an expensive shot. Overall, this is a well balanced booster, though the flavor could use some work. Read more

Well I finished the bottle. While this SkinnyFit Liquid Collagen claims to "help reduce hair loss, popping knees, tighten skin, support joints, and restore youth from the inside out," I don't feel it is working at all. I consumed 2 tablespoons every morning which lasted me less than one month so perhaps taking it for a longer period would produce better results, considering it really takes at least that long to notice any hair growth or nail growth depending on how quickly your hair grows. I am a 40 year old female and this really had no effect on digestive support, weight loss, or energy levels. On that note, I don't have issues with hair loss, and my skin is nice for my age. My knees hurt a lot and I don't think they feel much different after this. I took this as a shot without mixing it into anything. I do suggest mixing it in with something, as it had a fishy taste to it, or at least chase it with something. I read the label and there is a thing called hydrolyzed fish collagen listed in the ingredients. $80.00 for 24 servings is not a good value for me, considering lack of any noticeable results. I have been trying to incorporate more collagen into my diet as I age. This collagen contains types I, II, III, V, and X as well as biotin, hyaluronic acid, and vitamin c. This liquid is a tropical mango flavor. The flavor is fine, except I could still taste the collagen, which I don’t like. Adding juice to this collagen helped a little with the flavor. I appreciated that this is sweetened with stevia! I found myself forgetting to take this since I stored it in the refrigerator instead of with the rest of my shelf stable vitamins. Read more
