Purchase limit
Love these towels - the color is great and they are soft. My only complaint is I’m only allowed to buy 3. I wanted to replace the towels for my family of 5 - so I need 10-15. Alas unless I want to game the system, I’m stuck with just 3. Read more

Side hem unraveling after 3 months. - UPDATED REVIEW
UPDATE - I decided to use the chat feature for Customer service, and even though it was outside the return window, the representative sent me a replacement towel and a label to return the defective towel, all at no additional charge. I was initially very pleased with the weight, absorbency, and appearance of these towels. However, after 3 months of gentle use, following the care instructions precisely, one of the towels is raveling on the side hem. Unfortunately, it is past the return window, and I don’t see a means of contacting the seller. Read more
