Skullcandy Jib in-Ear Wireless Earbuds 6 Hr Battery Microphone Works with iPhone Android and Bluetooth Devices - Blue

Not super hifi sound, but still pretty good, decent bass. But the best thing is the shape/length of the in-ear stem, but Skull Candy just lucked into this as their newer wireless buds in the case (I tried the Indy Fuel and the stem couldn’t get far enough in the east canal to fit tightly and drive full bass and sound) don’t fit very well. These are comfortable enough for me to wear to sleep where i sleep on my side, and my head rests on its side, with the one ear pressed on the pillow. I don’t notice it enough to be uncomfortable and the sound doesn’t change significantly, so - as goofy as it looks with the long cable - these are the most comfy and decent sounding earbuds I’ve worn. Will take on trips on the plane and wear to sleep. One more nice touch is a counter weight on the other side of the control unit to minimize it from pulling the cable down. Microphone is mixed. Whoever you call will hear a lot of banging bc the control unit with the microphone will be resting on in your shoulder due to the length of the cable (way too long), and when it rubs against your shoulder, it’ll sound like loud banging on the other end if the call. If you hold the control unit suspended by the cable, then you’ll prob sound fine. UPDATE: after 1.5 years one side broke and is now sounding very faint. 1.5 years is a pretty good life span for earbuds. Will order another as the price is pretty good for the value. Read more

These are ok earbuds. If you want something with great sound quality and noise cancellation, then you are going to have to look elsewhere. But for the price these are great for what I needed. I mostly use them to listen to books or music while I do chores around the house, or while on my lunch break at work. I will say though, that the right one doesn't fit in my ear very well. I've always had this problem with ear buds however, and I think I must have a weird shaped ear or something, because the left ear bud stays just fine. I noticed a lot of the reviews kept complaining that because these are skull candy brand they should be better qua6or whatever. You paid 20 bucks for Bluetooth earbuds, what do you expect? If you want better, then pay more. But these are definitely good enough for me. Read more

I bought these skull candy headphones for my long commute the battery life last for 5 to 8 hours. The sound of these headphones is great for music and podcasts with the built in microphone, you also can have phone conversations. Normally I love skull candy and since my Method Active earbuds were on the fritz, I thought I’d try these since I actually hated the ear part on the Method Active ones. With these, the Jib+, the earbuds are perfect, the fit perfect and they aren’t painful or awkward, but that is where my like for these end. The cord that rests around the back of the neck is entirely too long and is always getting caught up in my shirt, and even my bra if I tuck it in. If they shortened it by a few inches it would be perfect. The battery life is a joke. It said 6 hours, but maybe lasts 3-4 hours. I really wanted to love the Jib+ earbuds but ultimately only the actual ear part was comfortable. Too bad the earbuds on my Method Active are awkward af, otherwise those, with their 15 hours of battery life are awesome, just the ear part is painful and awkward. I wouldn’t buy these again. Great battery life, I can usually use these for hours and only need to charge them for a little while before putting them back on. Only issue is that the Bluetooth sometimes won't connect and I have to pair it again, but that could be an issue with my phone. Worked fine at first. My only complaint was it wouldn’t stay around my neck and constantly fell off. Then it stopped pairing with one of my devices but still paired with my phone. Then out of nowhere it stopped turning on. Charging light says it’s charging, charged all night long but then will not turn on at all. So I have a pair of disposable headphones that only last a few weeks. I guess. Really disappointing. The microphone worked pretty with phone calls for the few times I got to use them.
