I am constantly making pastries and whipped cream. This is the my go-to heavy cream. The flavor is so fresh and natural. Don't skimp and buy those other heavy creams that are ultra pasteurized and literally taste watered down. You'll definitely notice a difference with this Sky Top heavy cream. Yum. Read more

We prefer grassfed dairy because the CLA means it won't add to your waistline (I'm a natural medicine physician, and conjugated linoleic acid is only found in dairy fed fresh grass instead of hay. Spoils even unopened
It's great to have a low-temp pasteurized product, but the flip side is that it doesn't keep at all. Unhomogenized cream stuck to walls of the container -- which is most of the value -- starts to taste bitter or otherwise odd as soon as a day after opening. The lid design/softness lets air in, so it spoils fast even UNopened. Best use case is you consume it immediately after opening, and with at least a week or more before the expiration date. Read more
