It's great to have a low-temp pasteurized product, but the flip side is that it doesn't keep at all. Unhomogenized cream stuck to walls of the container -- which is most of the value -- starts to taste bitter or otherwise odd as soon as a day after opening. The lid design/softness lets air in, so it spoils fast even UNopened. Best use case is you consume it immediately after opening, and with at least a week or more before the expiration date. Read more
