Great customer service. The watch worked great for about two weeks. It really held it's charge well and it is well-designed. My toddler ran to the bathroom immediately whenever the music started to play. Then one day, it finally died. I put it on the charger and let it charge fully. However, as soon as I took it off the charger it went dark. None of the buttons worked. I put it back on the charger and it appeared to be dead and needed another few hours to fully charge again. I loved this dumb thing so much that I was determined to make it work so I went through all the troubleshooting steps to try to make it work. It didn't. It's like the battery wouldn't hold any juice. I decided to contact the seller. Turns out it comes with a 1 year warranty I didn't realize! They responded the same day and sent me a new potty watch two days after their first response. I am very pleased with the customer service. I will update if the same problem happens again with the new watch but I feel confident with the 1 year warranty. They probably wouldn't offer that if the watch always gave out in two weeks. Read more

Our mostly potty trained toddler was having more accidents and we didn't know what to do. A random Reddit post mentioned potty training watches, so I figured I'd try it. I was dubious -- if my kid only learned to go potty with an alarm, wouldn't that keep her from learning to listen to her body? But it worked SO well. She wore it for about 2.5 months. The first month helped to reduce the negativity she'd learned to associate with going potty, since it was no longer her parents telling her to go -- it was her fun potty watch! (Even her friends at daycare got in on it -- whenever her watch went off they all told her it was time to go potty). The second month, we extended the time between alarms from 60 minutes to 90 minutes, and she started going potty on her own between alarms when she felt like she needed to. Then, last weekend, we just forgot to put it on her. Zero accidents, zero battles, she's just a regular potty trained kid now. I'm so happy with this watch! Read more

The item won’t make any sounds after 2 months of use. :( it does look cute but it is not really durable. It functions well for the first 2 months. But that’s it. I like the size and color and sounds but unfortunately it does not last long. We reached out to them and they replaced the product! Very responsive! Read more

I bought the Potty Training Watch for my toddler, and it has made potty training a much more enjoyable experience! The watch features a cute toilet shape that immediately caught my child's attention. With the fun songs and light reminders, my little one feels excited about potty time, which is such a great way to encourage good habits. The customizable countdown timer is incredibly useful. It offers built-in countdowns of 30, 60, and 90 minutes, helping us establish a regular potty routine. My child knows when it's time to go, and the reminders make the process seamless and stress-free for both of us. The design is not only playful but also practical with a durable and comfortable silicone strap that fits perfectly on their wrist. Plus, it’s waterproof and rechargeable, which means I don’t have to worry about little accidents during playtime. Overall, this potty training watch is an excellent tool that offers positive reinforcement while making the experience fun and engaging. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a helpful aid in potty training! Read more

Works well for us. Music is a little low and only plays once. It stops after one short song. Lights up. This is great for beginning potty training. My son just turned 3. Started with the 30 min timer option then the 1 hour timer option. Those are the only two timer options. Read more

Watch is easy to set and the musical tune doesn’t play too loud or too long. Giving 3 stars because it is poorly made. We’ve had the watch for 4 days and the metal clasp already broke, making it impossible to wear. 4 days in and my son is not potty trained yet and we have a watch he cannot wear. So this should be interesting to keep track of the location of the watch so it stays with him and doesn’t end up lost. Read more
