I purchased the boots for my girlfriend and she states the following... at 5' 7" 175lbs these boots are a Win... These thigh-highs actually deliver on the impossible dream: they slide over wide calves without requiring a crowbar, a prayer circle, or a fainting couch. At 2.4 inches, the stiletto heel is high enough to give off serious “dangerous woman” vibes but low enough that you can still walk without resembling a baby giraffe on ice. The material isn’t going to fool anyone into thinking it’s real leather, but honestly, that’s a plus—no guilt, less maintenance, and no awkward “are those real?” questions at brunch. The side zipper makes getting them on easy, though they do bunch a bit at the ankles if you’re moving around a lot. Color is solid, the comfort level is surprisingly high for a pointed-toe boot, and once you get past the slight “new shoe factory” smell out of the box, they’re sexy enough to justify wearing even when you don’t have anywhere to go. This boot is absolutely beautiful. I feel I can wear it anywhere, anytime with anything. This boot is true to size, reaches the top of my thigh (I'm 5'8) lengthwise and can be dressed up or down. I know this boot can be worn with a long t-shirt and it will look absolutely stunning. I have never had a boot this thigh-high, thus, I never really knew the true meaning of a THIGH-HIGH boot, but now that I do, I am addicted. I want this boot in any and all colors it comes in. I do know that I will have to be very careful with the toe cap. I am so hard on my shoes and this is the first place that I have issues with even in pumps, sneakers, I just don't know why the toe caps of my shoes look horrible and the rest of the shoe/boot remains in pristine condition. I throw away shoes/boots all the time. This boot height is so comfortable, that I think I can play basketball in it. The inside is insulated and I have small legs, but the top of the boot doesn't move, nor does my thighs rub together. I can't believe this boot is from Amazon.
