This is exactly what I've wanted. I have Chronic Regional Pain Syndrome and have difficulty sleeping because of the pain and use my ear buds to help me sleep But I can only use 1 due to being touched they change. And one of them broke just last week so I was asking friends for recommendations on a decent pair that sound better than mine, even though they sounded fine I did not want to spend money to get less sound. So out of the blue these pop up. I believe it was destiny! These are perfect for me to use to sleep with and they sound great. Since I don't use ear bubs often I don't pay a lot of money for them so I only own 3boair and the one that broke was my best set... This set is so nice but are not equal. The sleeper set are louder and just overall are better than regular ear buds that come with it. I like how you can visually see how much battery life the charger has and the sleep buds themselves so far has outlasted my sleep. They stay in, they are a little big but with time you normally get use to it. I could actually lay on my pillow instead of holding my head up with my hand to avoid my old ear buds from changing by hitting the pillow. The sound is not 100% clear but I would not say it's that muffled. I am comparing this to hearing music just with your ears. Quality wise for that I'd give it at least 90% on clarity.
