Compared to trying to sleep with other ear buds these are so much more comfortable. I have tried the ones that go into your ear canal, the ones that wrap around your ear, and the clip on kind. None of them are as comfortable as these when it comes to sleeping unless you try one of the sleep masks with built in speakers where the speakers are flat. However I only got about 3 hrs of use from them so not the greatest when it comes to battery life. I think the quality is fine for the value you are getting in relation to what they cost. These would be good to use when you first go to sleep; but you will need more than one pair if you want to use them all night long. Not the best sound quality for listening to music; but just fine if you want to use them for white noise to fall asleep to like a fan or rain. Connectivity is not happening. Did not read the product views. Read the product reviews. Correction: Finally got it connected. Had trouble with the volume. Was not wearing it properly. After shifting to proper way to wear, volume is good. How did I get it connected? Let it charge for 30 minutes. Even though it says it is charged, try connecting it to a charger first. Once connected, if the volume is less than, try putting the thick part into the ear and the thin part sits on the outside ear. Make sure the buttons accessible. Try to figure it out before you try to return because the directions give very little help. Read more

They are comfortable and have decent sound for how cheap they are... But they do NOT block noise at all. I bought these because they said noise blocking to use on a trip where I'll be sleeping in a hotel room with someone that snores. Not going to help at all. They are easy to pair and work just fine. I’m really happy with these earbuds! They’re small and fit perfectly — you can barely tell you’re wearing them, which makes them great for sleeping or long workdays. Even when I sleep on my side, they stay comfortable without hurting my ears. The sound is surprisingly good for such tiny earbuds, with clear highs, good bass, and clear calls too. I love the digital battery display — it’s so easy to see how much charge is left. Battery life is awesome: I get around 5–6 hours per charge and about 30 hours with the case, which is also super compact and supports wireless charging. They also block out a lot of outside noise without needing active noise canceling, which has been great for sleeping and focusing at work. I do wish I had picked the black color, but honestly, I'm super happy with the performance overall.
