Terrible Product Quality Control

I have always been a really big fan of this brand and their product. I have purchased their items repeatedly over the past 10 years for my 3 children. I would sing their praises from the roof tops. However, recently I had to purchase 2 new if the toddler size flying squirrel pajamas. This pair and another are having identical issues. The seams immediately opened up at the bottom of the zipper between the legs. And this suit in particular has the added disadvantage of the seam also coming apart at the top of the zipper when the protective flap is located. I have tried reaching out to the company to resolve this clear quality control product malfunction, with no response. I am very disappointed in whatever is going on with this company to not only produce potentially harmful products meant to protect small children. But also that this company’s customer relations are unwilling to communicate with their clients to resolve such matters. I have never given such a low product review in my life. And I really hope this company resolves this product issue before a child is hurt by these malfunctions. Read more
