This is a form fitting top. It hugs. It's okay. The arm holes run a little large (making a bra visible) and it's completely see through. Like, you can read the tag through the top when it's on your body. I would wear this in the summer and layers is not a word compatible with KY summers. Maybe it's okay over a swimsuit, if you are a two piece wearer (I'm too old for all that), but otherwise, I haven't yet figured out how to make this work.
