That's visible in little things like the boards for the work surface being shipped in plastic sleeves that protect the corners from being damaged in transit, the fact that there are extra screws in case some are lost or damaged during assembly, the labeling of every single component, and the detailed, well-illustrated assembly instructions. It takes a little while to put together, but it would be hard to do it wrong because everything's so clear. I wanted to love this table. I bought it to use 2 ways. One at my recliner for my laptop, and 2 as a standing desk when I’m using my walking pad. Unfortunately it is near impossible to change the height alone. It takes one person to hold the table up and another to tighten the locks, and there is another set of stabilizing pins that must be moved as well. Making the whole process take far too long. It’s not worth the hassle to change the height. The drawer is super loose in the brackets. Making it fall out constantly with ease. And the top is in 3 pieces as well, leaving 2 fairly decent size gaps for stuff to get stuck in, they have sharp edge where they come together making putting your arm on the front when working uncomfortable and even painful. I have several pieces of this new furniture with these fabric drawers, so far I had liked them all. Until this one. There are far better options for cheaper. Read more

It’s clunky to raise and lower, because you have to completely remove a bolt on both sides and hold the desktop in place at the desired height while you putting the bolts back in. Not for someone with bad knees or really small spaces. The drawer holder was sharp cornered and kept widening on the bottom and the drawer wouldn’t stay in its spot with nothing in it. I just took it off. It serves its function well enough, and I like the size of the desktop. I’d pay more for easier raising and lowering. Read more
