I like that the end that you hold only slightly vibrates so that it is comfortable, its many vibration modes, how quiet it is, its power despite having a small size & price, that it is waterproof & rechargeable. The user complained that it was hard to find the power button in the dark and that she wanted the rubber to be softer (it's covered with a moderately stiff rubber). I am giving this vibrator 5 stars because of the excellent customer service I received when my item did not initially charge properly. I wrote to the company and initially they requested I send a video of the charging process (the vibrator would blink for less than two minutes and shut off). I was unable to send the video through my email account and when I advised this company, they assured me they would replace my item. Within three days, I received a new item. This item was not returnable due to it's personal nature, so the fact that the company was so responsive to my complaint was very impressive.
