After trying numerous others, this is the best one by far. The pronounced shoulder and the long shaft make it SO MUCH EASIER to keep in. All the others seem to want to come out immediately. Not this one. I love it. It is also the most suitable for long term wear that I have found. I've worn it to work, to the store etc and never had to worry about it coming out. Love it! Edit: I decided to graduate to the "Large" size. The size difference is quite dramatic. The dimensions in the pics don't do it justice. Be warned. The Large one is going to be a challenge. Edit 2.0: the large one is slightly "oval shaped". Having emerged from my last attempt victorious, don't rotatable it once its in, or you will get quite the "shocking" exit.
