After trying numerous others, this is the best one by far. The pronounced shoulder and the long shaft make it SO MUCH EASIER to keep in. All the others seem to want to come out immediately. Not this one. I love it. It is also the most suitable for long term wear that I have found. I've worn it to work, to the store etc and never had to worry about it coming out. Love it! Edit: I decided to graduate to the "Large" size. The size difference is quite dramatic. The dimensions in the pics don't do it justice. Be warned. The Large one is going to be a challenge. Edit 2.0: the large one is slightly "oval shaped". Having emerged from my last attempt victorious, don't rotatable it once its in, or you will get quite the "shocking" exit. Warning! The base completely broke off during the very first use. Can you just imagine the emergency room nightmare this almost became? I really love this plug and the incredible sensation it gives you! The only thing to watch out for is the base is very flimsy and will almost get pulled in when the plug seats inside. When u go to take it out it's very hard to grip the flimsy base. Make sure there is no lube on it or you or it will slip from your hand.
