VERY IMPORTANT: When you assemble the top shelf, make sure that you have the wider hole side facing up like in pic 2. That way the screws will be flush with the shelf when you screw them in like in pic 3. I accidentally assembled the shelf with the wrong side facing up at first and the screws were sticking up a bit, but luckily it was an easy fix. The stickers they included to cover the holes were more dark brown than black but you don't notice unless you're up close. This shelf worked great for the space I needed it to fit into. I needed something exactly 30" high and less than 13" wide to accompany my desk and this was perfect. The color matches my desk perfectly and is very accurate to the photos. It feels very stable as well, all hardware was included to assemble (and even a few extra screws). It only took me 10 mins to build and was pretty self-explanatory. It came in one box packed pretty securely. If screw in the adjustable feet all the way the table will be 29.5" high as shown in pic 4. I unscrewed them about as much as you can at 30" and it still feels stable. You can choose whether you want the bottom or top shelf section to be taller (11" vs 13.3"). If you need something sturdy, I'm not convinced this is it. It was easy to assemble and the instructions were clear enough. However, the threading in the legs was very easy to skip or strip so be careful when tightening! Don't tighten as snugly as you normally would. On the top, the screws are countersinked, but there are no plugs to cap them, so it looks a little cheap specifically where the screws go in. I'm using it behind my TV stand to hold my subwoofer and wifi router, so it won't be getting heavy use. 4 stars because it was packaged well and meets my needs -- but if this is going to be your daily use end table, I'd be concerned about its longevity especially if toddlers or pets are involved.
