The 1st one I got had to be returned. Smelled like it had been used & had overheated. But I like the design so decided to give it another try. This one is definitely new. It works great & is perfect for my purposes, which is heating a small bathroom. I like that it tilts up and down to direct the heat. So far the tilt is very firm & holds position. I only use at lowest setting & that delivers a lot of heat. At only 500 watts. Good bang for your buck. My only negative comment is, the fan is kind of noisy. That doesn’t matter for my purposes. So I don’t care. It’s compact. Also has a very sturdy cord, about 4’ long I think. So 4 star rating due to noise factor & I had to return the 1st one. One other thing. The box it came in was coming apart at the seams literally. Not beat up due to shipping. The manufacturer is not using enough glue on the boxes. This could lead to a lot of damage in transit if they don’t fix their issue in future. Read more
