I've only used this gem a few times when AL was in the low digits. Nice logs glowing with heat on a cold winter day. None of the fake flames🔥, but that's ok. The heat is good for small spaces like bedroom of small living room, even bathroom. It does take a little bit to warm the room depending on size. Outside stays cool to the touch so it does not burn you. It turns off if it tips or falls over. It serves my purpose great for my spaces. I'm happy with my purchase. Read more

Returned it, Barely put out any heat at all, and that was directly in front of the unit. the "flame effect" was just not good, it was like a weak light source behind a cheap plastic "coal" thing. Did not heat the space, which is sort of the basic thing you want from a space heater. Read more

Not quite as shown. The flame image wasn't present. And the burning log image was. There is no temp control just on and off. Size is just a bit larger then a tissue box. Heat output is minimal but for a desk top item not bad. I noticed that I would get a noise from the fan periodically but when I used a pair of forceps on top of fan blade thru back noise went away. Build Quality is surprisingly good. Puts out quite a bit of heat for only 600 watts. Nice for a desktop unit. FYI there is no thermostat it is simply on or off. However the so called "Flame effect" is the most pathetic and stupid I have ever seen. Basically there is no flame effect at all. the Logs glow but not in any sort of way you have ever seen. The LED strip that illuminates the (Log) simply fades on and off. I don't know about you but I've never seen coals light up bright like you are blowing on them and then go completely dark. Ordered two! My daughter said it made her tootsies warm. My husband would rather wear the extra layers of clothes. Good little heater for the price with a cool amber glow to fake looking wood. No fake flames like I hoped. Read more
