This is great. I can lower it when I’m sitting and doing my nails or eating at the couch. It is fully adjustable and light weight which makes moving around a breeze. It was a little tough putting it together and you have to do some work to slide it up and down. It looks like it goes right with my walking. For the price it’s a great addition to a walking pad. This is a great desk and seems really sturdy. It wasn't terribly hard to assemble, but I could have used an extra hand. Some of the screws were a tad hard to get to catch and it was frustrating. I did curse a bit. It took much longer than I anticipated but, in the end, I like the product. It's rolls easily and fit perfectly over my walking pad. I really like the height adjustment because I'm tall and this desk goes considerably higher than most. Big tip - the casters are locked out of the box, so flip the lever or you'll curse when it doesn't roll on the carpet. LOL!! Read more

I chose this standing desk to pair with my walking pad. I work in a traditional office setting and am stuck at my bulky, wooden desk most of the work day. I was interested in setting up my walking pad with a standing desk to get some exercise during the day and for a simple change of pace. I really like the fresh white color as a change from the usual black or silver. This metal standing desk is a perfect fit for my treadmill. The width is quite narrow, so I advise measuring your walking pad and/or treadmill carefully to ensure that it will fit beneath the desk. The height of the desk is adjustable with the turn of two knobs. It does take a little extra effort to make an adjustment. Both knobs must be turned and the legs pushed either up or down at the same time. The adjustable feature, however, makes it worth the while. This is especially important to me while at work. I need the desk to be set at different varying levels depending on whether I am reading emails, writing notes, or typing on my laptop. This standing desk has the height capacity to suit all of my work tasks. The tray table is rather compact, but the surface is large enough to fit my laptop and a legal pad comfortably. There is an indented tray to hold a stylus or pen and a stop tray to keep my laptop in place. This desk also includes a handy cup holder and a side hook. I regularly use the cup holder as I have a water bottle with me all day. I have not yet used the hook. I suppose it is useful to hold a towel, bag or small backpack. This equipment is portable and equipped with wheels that each have a stopper. I can very easily move it around myself from room to room. I use this equipment every day and it has remained sturdy and held up well. I am not very handy with assembly. My husband put this standing desk together for me. He said it was relatively simple to put together and there were not too many parts to connect. The manual, however, did not provide any written instructions, only photos. The pictures were quite difficult to "read". Because of the lack of detailed written directions, my husband initially attached the tray in the wrong direction. After viewing the images, I determined that the pen holder was supposed to be positioned at the top. It was a quick and easy fix. This has been an incredibly convenient and versatile piece of equipment to use. I do not have regular "banker's hours" at my office so I rely on this podium style desk to squeeze in some exercise during the day while working at the same time. Even just moving from my work desk and chair to this standing desk is a nice change of pace, especially on a long day. Read more

This treadmill desk came extremely well packaged and with no damage to all the components. It took me about an hour to set it up but I was on my own, I think having had a second person help would have been good. The desk seems very well balanced and stable despite it not being heavyweight. I'm glad about it not being heavy as there is a good chance I will move it to work upstairs at times. The wheels were easy to put on, I just used my fingers to screw them them (and most of the other screws) first and then used the included tools to tighten them. The wheels each have a lock which really helps stabilize the desk. I ordered this desk to be able to work while using a walking pad and full disclosure I still need to set up the walking pad. I do think the desk will work perfectly with it though as I checked the widths of each and it seems a good height to allow me (I'm 5' 6") to still reach my laptop keyboard while on the walking pad. I love how you can angle the top to enhance screen visibility. The assembly instructions were just ok and the assembly was a bit confusing as some bags had multiple screws etc in them. Also I could not see how to raise or lower the desk in the instructions and may have missed that but I am still not 100% sure if I am doing it correctly but otherwise I am impressed with this desk..
