I was hoping to use this for sleep tracking, so I could stop wearing my Samsung Watch at night. Horribly inaccurate. Numbers far off those of the Watch (and off those of a Fitbit I compared it to). It shows all deep sleep occurring during first half of night, and all REM occurring after that, with no overlap at all. Sleep cycles don't work like that, although yes, deep sleep tends to be earlier and REM later. But not like this. Also said I was in deep sleep before I even went to bed and was definitely not sleeping; and said I was in REM during a period of going to the bathroom and taking a while to fall back to sleep. It looks nice and in theory is cool, but it does a bad job at the smarts. Heart rate during exercise is way off and the math on time, distance, and speed is super wrong. Is you want a fitness or sleep tracker, this is not the ring for you. I’d you want a nice looking ring, this works. It fits well / is a little tight, which seems like it should be helpful for data. I’m not sure why it has such great reviews. This is my first smart ring and I don’t expect to ever count on it for useful data. Read more
