I have noticed a decrease in both eye strain and the number of headaches I get since using these glasses! The plus is, they also play music! Love these! You can listen to music/ podcasts/have conversations and not look like you’re not interested on what’s going on around you. The battery last long I gave four stars because the volume is really loud and if you’re next to someone they can hear what you’re listening to. Also, it’s a tiny bit challenging so hard.
