Bad product just stop working after 4 months
I purchased these glasses with the expectation that they would last a reasonable amount of time, given the price and how they were marketed. Unfortunately, the product failed after approximately four months of normal, careful use, which is completely unacceptable for eyewear. What made the situation worse was the return process. Despite the glasses clearly failing far sooner than any reasonable consumer would expect, I was met with resistance and unnecessary difficulty when attempting to resolve the issue. Instead of standing behind their product, the company made the process frustrating and unhelpful. Eyeglasses are not a short-term or disposable item. A product that stops functioning within a few months points to poor materials, poor quality control, or both. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this product or company to anyone looking for reliable, long-lasting eyewear. Read more
