I am not a happy customer. I had to select one star only because a zero-star option was not available. I purchased this vibrating, movable ball as a Christmas gift for my dog. When it arrived, I immediately charged it until the indicator light turned green. I read through the limited instructions provided (there were no troubleshooting steps included) and understand the different light settings. Unfortunately, none of the settings work as described. The only time the ball activates is briefly — for about two seconds — when I screw the lid back on, and then it completely stops. As a result, the ball does not vibrate or move, which is the sole reason I purchased it. I’m especially disappointed because the positive reviews encouraged me to spend over $30 on this product. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this ball. Side note: I see there’s an option to upload a photo. Unfortunately, a photo of a ball doing absolutely nothing doesn’t really capture the “vibrating” feature. Read more

While my toy loves the ball even if it’s not turned on it’s really loud and the rubber is really hard so when it bounces it’s loud. In the bright side it should be durable. Be sure you close the ball tightly after turning on as I found in in three pieces one time which could led to a chocking hazard or ingestion of the working parts. Read more
