If you purchase these balls, please do NOT leave pet unsupervised. She absolutely went crazy over it and immediately went to play (she is a 12lb mini). LESS than 15 minutes after giving it to her, my husband hollered for me to come in the room where I found the ball completely torn up all over the floor. I immediately took it from her. This could have had a very bad outcome if we had not been watching her. She could have swallowed, choked or worse. I wish they could make this toy with a true indestructible material as this is a great idea but it is indeed very dangerous for chewers and this information should be disclosed to pet owners so they can be warned. Full disclosure: I bought these for my two cats. I love that you get two balls (because I have two cats). They have kept my indoor cats active and engaged. The balls shake, roll and bounce, which of course sparks curiosity. They bat them around, pounce on them, and chase them. They are great and easy to use. There is simply an "on" button that you hit and away they go. The balls are activated for about 5 mins, then stop until they are nudged by your pet. A single charge lasts me several weeks. The media could not be loaded. These balls are smaller than expected. The packaged included two balls and a small brush. The boxes were a bit crushed but product was fine. Probably better suited for a smaller breed of dog, however, my golden retriever finds them fascinating. He is not sure how to play with them just follows them around as they bounce, roll and move. The led light adds another element to grab his attention. My dog usually destroys toys but when he picks up the ball, the vibration and movement cause him to drop the ball. Occasionally, he will turn them off if his teeth connect with the on/off switch. Unscrew the ball to recharge with the included cable. The charging lasts a long time.
