My very old smart plugs are no longer supported. Since I am a Wyze guy (pun intended) and have used their fine cameras and other products for several years now, it was an easy choice to go with their smart plugs. The setup couldn't have been easier, and installation was a breeze. Within 2 or 3 minutes I had both Wyze smart plugs installed and programmed with my favorite schedules. The convenient switch on the side allows you to cycle the power manually, if needed, while the app controls schedules, timers and more. To date, I have not had any Wyze products fail, so I am confident the smart plugs will have the same quality. Since I don't use home automation I have no experience with compatibility issues. There are definitely cheaper smart plugs available, but my experience with Wyze reliability made the choice to pay just a little more very easy. Read more
