I mostly wanted to count steps. I had to take the ring off when washing dishes or doing other things because the ring woukd count steps during these activities. Also, the sleep monitoring is definitely not accurate. I did love the ability to use the ring to take a selfie though. I'm currently trying to return the ring for a refund and the process is confusing at best. Read more
