I bought this as a hopeful Oura ring dupe but unfortunately it did not work well. It did track my heart rate and sleep well on most days, but some nights it recorded no sleep and steps were always way off. I wore it at the same time as my Apple Watch to test it for several days and the ring counted more than 3x what my watch did. Read more
