Smart Toilet with Bidet Built in Elongated Bidet Toilet with Auto Soft Open Close Auto Flush One Piece

The smart toilet arrived several days later than expected. There was a snowstorm which I think contributed to the late delivery some. The item was packaged very well and in good condition. Installation was straightforward with some supplies that I needed to purchase. The “wax” ring provided with the toilet was the color of a hockey puck with 2 seams in it. No bueno. I went and purchased an Oatey reinforced wax ring and installed the toilet leak free. The toilet functions fairly well with the exception of the automatic seat. The lid opens up immediately when walking up to the toilet but the seat only opens occasionally. The seller did not have a solution to this problem. The toilet flushes well but does have a water hammer when the pulse valve closes. Installing a water hammer arrestor didn’t help. The hammer is from the valve inside the toilet itself. The water temp, seat temp and dryer are working as stated in the listing. The remote control works well. For the money I paid I think it’s an ok product. I just wish the seat worked like it should. I will say that the seller was quick to respond to my inquiries and tried to help. I took one star off for the puck sent to install the toilet and two stars because the seat doesn’t function properly. I will update my stars and review if the seat problems is remedied. Update: the seller was not able to remedy the automatic seat problem. I changed my rating to 5 stars not because of the product but the fact that the seller was so quick to respond and try to help. i thought these cheaper smart toilets were all the same, first one i bought work like a champ. this one, well the foot button doesnt work, maybe 10 percent? the led light is so dim you can barely see it at night compare to my other one. the flush requires 2 everytime. it just bad. i bought 3 total of these 400 ish dollar toilet, one was perfect, 2nd one is not bad still perfect 8/10. this one i will probally replace after a year or two. to be totally honest i could of just got a really bad one, but there is just too many problems to be a one off. Sometimes, automatic isn't necessarily the most efficient. If you shift your hips while seated, it interprets that as standing up, so it will flush. Once that happens, the bidet function will not work until you lift your rump off the seat, wait to hear a beep, then sit back down. When you hear a second beep, then you can pressure wash yourself. And the old "Don't flush honey, I have to go too" thing doesn't work anymore because, once you stand up (ladies), it flushes automatically.
