Gives me the information I want. I definitely walk more now that the watch is counting my steps! I do not use the phone / text option so can't tell you about that. I have noticed that if you keep it on your wrist too long, your dead skin cells underneath will collect on back of watch & start to smell. A quick wipe with alcohol and everything was fine again. I like the sleep monitor, which I found eye opening! I have a small wrist and still have another notch to tighten if needed which is unusual for me. This watch will easily fit a much larger wrist. User manual all but impossible to read

I have just started to use this watch and it seems to be working fine. Reading the manual that came with the watch is all but impossible as the print is so tiny. I tried stronger reading glasses to no avail. A magnifying glass is cumbersome for the 7 page English version. I did find an online version of the manual that cost over $20. I finally took a photo of each page and increased the size and printed the 7 pages so I could download the app and set up the watch. Read more
