I love the size of this watch. The speaker for calls are loud and clear.I can use the DaFit App and get a very large watch face with a large step count that I can see without having to grab glasses. The battery lasted longer than thought. Unbelievable..17 days straight.. The only thing I did not like was the watch band but I intended on ordering stretchable watch bands that come in a pack and they are perfect for this watch. I need to mention the best thing ever is the blood pressure accuracy.. I sent several watches back and I did not like due to the blood pressure. That was definitely inaccurate.. I have compared this to my blood pressure cuff at home and it is very seldom even three points off of the diastolic and systolic. Read more

Can't go wrong for the price, but I don't like the connection to phone. Totally takes over. Great for my steps and BP, heart rate Read more

The only thing this watch does right is tell the time. It is suppose to check blood pressure, it is 40 off! Track your sleep? Every day it tells me I slept 21/2 hours. Heart rate, I’m either dying with a rate of 30 or it is 120 beats or over. So according to this watch I’m on the verge of a stroke, heart attack or dead. As far as steps a day, no more than 89 steps, it’s funny because I must take really loooong strides for the 2 miles I walk, I know it isn’t a lot but I’m in my upper 60’s . I better get my affairs in order Read more

At first, I loved this watch—such a good deal! But as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. The first month it worked like a charm, but after that, I noticed it stopped tracking my sleep, and the stress tracker became unreliable. Initially, it tracked my sleep really well every night. However, around the 2.5-month mark, it started completely skipping sleep tracking. I even adjusted the watch to face inward so it sat directly on my pulse. Sometimes that helped, but more often than not, it still failed to record anything. I'm not sure why the disconnect happened. I also tested the stress tracking feature by comparing it to the Ultrahuman Ring and another watch worn on the opposite wrist. The other two devices consistently matched, while this watch showed the same results every single day—clearly inaccurate. Overall, I think the watch is great for basic fitness tracking. I like being able to see messages, receive phone calls, and track my steps—it does those things well. If you're looking for an affordable watch to count steps and keep time, this is a solid option. But if you're interested in the additional features it advertises, I’d recommend investing in a more reliable device. Read more
